Mike Podlas, a seasoned SaaS expert with 16 years in growth and product leadership, has held roles as Head of Growth and Chief Product Officer and is a UK-based startup founder with a successful exit. His expertise spans Fintech, eRetail, and Marketing Tech, and he’s a guest lecturer in Product Management.
As Chief Product Officer at VTB Group, one of Eastern Europe’s largest banks, Mike improved key metrics like conversion rates and Net Dollar Retention across 12 ecosystem products, including fintech and lifestyle services. He has led over 80 teams to product-market fit, impacting over 100 million monthly active users.
