Last week, our AI Engineers at Verysell AI spent a meaningful evening together with our colleagues at SmartDev and VeryPay during New Year Party 2026. As the year drew to a close and the early spirit of Tet began to take shape, the gathering offered more than a festive celebration. It created a moment to slow down, reflect on the journey behind us, and reconnect as people beyond roles and titles.
1. Our Reflection in 2025
Looking back on 2025, it was a year defined by steady execution, learning through complexity, and continuous collaboration across teams. In an industry where speed, innovation, and delivery often take centre stage, moments like this remind us that progress is sustained not only by technical excellence, but also by trust, shared purpose, and human connection.
We also approached many AI projects and solutions in different categories, supporting real business processes rather than experimental initiatives. The emphasis on production-readiness, reliability, and scalability became a defining characteristic of Verysell AI in 2025.
The celebration also reflected the diversity of talent and perspectives within our organisation. From engineering and delivery to leadership and operations, every role contributes to how we design, build, and deploy AI solutions in real-world environments. Seeing these different groups come together in a relaxed and celebratory setting highlighted the collective effort behind each milestone achieved over the past year.
2. Our New Year Party 2026
Throughout the evening, the atmosphere was shaped by warmth and openness. Conversations flowed easily across teams, locations, and responsibilities. Laughter, shared stories, and small moments of recognition captured what often goes unspoken during busy project cycles. These interactions reinforced an important truth: strong AI systems are built by teams who understand and support one another.
Our AI Engineers were also proud to be a part of Project of the Year in 2025, where we combine AI engineering, delivery leadership, design, and quality assurance. Our client, a tech solutions provider specializing in transforming enterprise knowledge into scalable digital assets, aimed to expand its portfolio with a new financial advisory tool, but was hindered by slow, manual development.
In here, our AI Engineers collaborated with other ODC Manager, UI/ UX Designer to deliver a custom, AI-driven platform built on LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems. The project was recognized by both delivery excellence and strategic importance. This recognition is a way to celebrate each team member’s contribution and achievement for the client.
Especially, Our AI Engineer, Dinh Khac Tuyen, was honoured with the Employee of the Year – Verysell AI award. For his dedication in our key project in this year that concludes with strategic recommendations to enhance effectiveness and strengthen the company’s role in enterprise Our client is concluded that they are super proud and happy to connect with Verysell AI and SmartDev to go along with this project. This recognition reflects not only his technical expertise, but also his consistent commitment, collaborative mindset, and positive impact across projects and teams.
